Jacob & Ruby Garcia have been married since 2016 and are proud parents to their three children Israel, Julia, and Victor.

Jacob, a Bryan–College Station native, serves as the Lead Pastor of Dwell Church. He has over a decade of ministry experience, serving in student ministry and church leadership. Currently, he is completing his studies online at Southeastern University. Jacob continues to travel and serve churches and ministries production and media teams. His passion lies in equipping believers to live on mission and helping the local church engage the city with the gospel.

Ruby, originally from El Paso, holds a Master of Education in Educational Administration from Texas A&M University, with an emphasis in Bilingual Schools. She also holds dual bachelor’s degrees from Texas A&M in Interdisciplinary Studies and Spanish. With her background in bilingual education and leadership, Ruby brings both depth and heart to every space she serves. Her experience has shaped her passion for developing people, cultivating community, and creating environments where others can encounter God’s presence through worship and discipleship.

Together, Jacob and Ruby are devoted to building gospel-centered community through worship, discipleship, and mission. Their heart is to see people flourish in God’s Word and Spirit, becoming a reflection of His dwelling presence in every part of Bryan–College Station and beyond.
